Who can use TimelyCare?

All enrolled students at University of Delaware can use TimelyCare with no additional fees. This includes part-time, professional, undergraduate and graduate students.

What can I be treated for with TimelyCare?

TimelyCare’s providers can offer support for a wide range of common stressors and mental health concerns, and after talking with you, will together decide on the best course of treatment.

What is the wait time for 24/7 counseling?

In most cases, a provider will connect with you within five minutes.

How do I log in?

Go totimelycare.com/udelor download the TimelyCare app to access care. Use your UD email address to log in.

How much does a visit cost?

There is no cost to enrolled University of Delaware students.

I already have insurance. How does TimelyCare benefit me?

With TimelyCare, you will have free, 24/7 access to providers from anywhere in the United States. You’ll never be asked for your insurance information. So, you’ll never have to spend time or money looking for care, whether you’re on or off campus.

Is my usage of TimelyCare confidential?

TimelyCare values the privacy of its patients and the confidentiality of the personal health information entrusted to us. In order to protect this privacy, policies and procedures are put into place that limit disclosure of personal information to only those that the patient has given permission, and/or those required by law or public safety. Only the University of Delaware Center for Counseling and Student Development will have access to student records in order to maintain continuity of care.

I need a private space for my virtual counseling. Where can I go?

Students can reserve a private office for telehealth in the Center for Counseling and Student Development by calling 302-831-2141 or stopping by our reception desk on the secondfloor of Warner Hall during regular business hours.

Additional individual spaces are available throughUniversity Student Centersand the Wellbeing Center at Warner Hall.
